  • Pilates on the ball - 45 minutes

    This 45 minute express class challenges the connection between your limbs and core using the unstable surface of the ball while adding a weighted challenge when the ball is in the air.

  • Bands! Strength, balance, mobility.

    Elastic magic with long bands - increase your strength, balance and mobility. One hour class.

  • Roll into mobility and release

    This one hour Pilates classes uses a foam roller to extend your range of movement, massage through pressure points and add core strength challenge.

  • Sliders - fluid resistance

    This one hour mat Pilates classes uses sliders for a continuous muscle engagement that retrains the brain through control and fluidity. Sliders can be purchased or, depending on your floor surface, easily made from fluffy socks or plastic lids.
